An amazing, unforgettable, overwhelming and inspiring day. It was our baby’s 1st birthday!

More than anything else, I am very thankful for the opportunity to be with people who seize life this way; considering making this world a bit happier through little ways.

I won’t get tired of sending out my gratitude to the volunteers who went to this zoo party with dear children from Virlanie Foundation. They deserve all the appreciation. 

I also wanna thank my good friend Jo Ocampo for putting together all the shots he and Kirk Sanchez took so we’d enjoy an awesome video now.

This has been a good getaway for remembering! Looking forward to more activities like this in the future with you.

Turn-Over Ceremony 2012

I was assigned to organize one of the main events in our school, the Turn-Over Ceremony-Dinner Dance Party of grade five and grade six students. I had months to prepare and plan for this event and we came up with a theme, the Greek Gods and Goddesses. The students looked like Gods and Goddesses that night. Here are some who caught my attention :)

It was indeed an awesome night! Thanks to students and teachers who made this possible. Group effort, simply stated ‘It is less me and more we.’

imsoyang: PMS. Don’t ask me to explain that. I know it, I experience it but I can just sum it up to PMS days = monster days. Well according to this site, Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a combination of emotional, physical, psychological, and mood disturbances that occur after a woman’s ovulation and typically ending with the onset of her menstrual flow. The most common mood-related symptoms are irritability, depression, crying, oversensitivity, and mood swings with alternating sadness and anger. The most common physical symptoms are fatigue, bloating, mastalgia and appetite changes with food cravings. Yes, you got the last thing right— food cravings, O dear Universe. But well, girls have to live with it and still have to move on and still be awesome in different and personal ways in spite of PMS! (Insert——Hello companies, why don’t we have a special leave for the girl employees aka PERIOD LEAVE? Haha. And of course it must be a leave with pay.) But kidding aside, I want to greet the world a A HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY! :) And in line with this, I’M: Inspire Me and Beatnik Prod would like to invite you to PMS: Pinay Making Sense.  It’s on 24 Mar 2012 (Saturday) 7pm at B-Side, The Collective, 7274 Malugay St, Makati! Let’s enjoy the night with performances by Paramita, Flying Ipis, The Young Instigators, Talahib, Playphonics and more!  See you! Help spread the word. :) And of course, this night is gonna be another let’s-enjoy-but-don’t-worry-this-fun-is-not-worthless night! This event will help I’M funding our future events! Kiss!
